A1. What is Thailand International Logistics Fair all about?
Thailand International Logistics Fair is an annual exhibition which was first held in 2004. It is aimed to be the venue where Thai and foreign logistics services providers and users come to meet once a year. The 6th Thailand International Logistics Fair in 2009 will be the largest and most comprehensive logistics show in ASEAN. The previous fair in 2008 was impressively successful as it drew more than 10,000 visitors from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, India, Laos and beyond. At Thailand International Logistics Fair 2009, more than 180 companies and around 13,000 visitors from Thailand and many countries are expected to participate in the event.

A2. When is the fair opened?
The fair is held on September 9-13, 2009 from 10.00 hrs – 18.00 hrs at BITEC, Bangna, Bangkok

A3. What’s new at the fair this year?
Organized under the theme, “ASEAN Logistics Networks”, this year Thailand International Logistics Fair 2009 offers a great opportunity to network with logistics service providers and users from across ASEAN and neighboring regions that allows you to establish trade ties and expand business cooperation or investment. B. VISITOR’S INFORMATION
B1. Do I need to pre-register to attend as a visitor?
If you plan to attend the fair, we strongly encourage that you pre-register on our website to avoid long queuing at the fair entrance. However, walk-in visitors with business identifications can also register right there at the fair.

B2. Who can attend?
Anyone in logistics-related businesses and relevant industries and their suppliers can attend the fair during trade days, which we do require either pre-registration or registration at the fair with no admission fee.

B3. Do you have the list of participating exhibitors of TILF 2009?
List of exhibitors and their company profiles and their products are to be posted on the website www.logisticsfair.com. And you may view their company information and products through its virtual trade show in order to pre-appointment and matching. The listing will become more comprehensive as we approach the fair dates.

B4. Do you publish Fair Catalogue?
Yes, we publish printed fair catalogs which can be purchased at the event at 150 baht a copy. However, the electronic version will be posted on the fair website soon, and will be continually updated until all exhibitors sign up.

B5. How much does it cost to attend the fair?
There is no admission fee to attend the fair, only registration during trade days.

B6. May I take photographs in the exhibit halls?
Photography & VDO (are) is not allowed at the fair. Only persons with press badge can take photographs.

C. EXHIBITOR’S INFORMATION
C1. Who are your visitors?
Local Visitors: Manufacturers, Exporters, SMEs, Logistics-related Service Providers, and University Students and Scholars.

Overseas Visitors: Logistics Enterprises, Port Authorities/Shipping Companies, Cargo Handling, Logistics Service Providers, Equipment Manufacturers/Distributors. Around 13,000 visitors from Thailand, ASEAN, and other countries are expected to participate in the 2009 event.
